
Tasneem Yousif
PhD in Global Navigation Satellite Systems
Tasneem Yousif is a PhD student at the Nottingham Geospatial Institute, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She has been awarded a grant from EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, UK) towards her PhD studies. She had an M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University of Nottingham with distinction award. She achieved a BSc degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Bahrain with a first-class honors award. Her research areas are GNSS, GNSS interference detection and mitigation, space, and signal processing. She was working as a lecturer at the Computer Engineering Department at the University of Technology Bahrain for two years. She is IEEE, WIE , IEEE ComSoc, IET member. She likes reading, watching documentaries, and playing basketball.
